Role: Senior Care Advisor
Our Care Advisors are responsible for increasing the number of families who choose Tulip for their end-of-life arrangements.
Inbound sales: build a clear understanding of our product so you can easily articulate why we are the best choice for families considering cremation.
Outbound sales: call new leads within seconds of them appearing, offering help and guiding them through the process
Customer care: quickly build a relationship with families, helping to address any concerns they have with empathy and kindness.
Industry knowledge: become familiar with the processes and regulations in our industry and ensure that you are executing your work efficiently and accurately
Escalation: handle highly sensitive and challenging situations with customers as required, and escalate cases you identify as being problematic
Leadership: oversee day-to-day of the Florida Care Advisor team, managing coworker to ensure targets are hit and the office is always fully staffed
A fast learner, able to get up to speed quickly in a new industry
